Saint John Paul II said:
"Simple coincidences do not exist
in the plans of God's providence" So what seems to be a simple coincidence is not really a coincidence but a sign from heaven. The Lord Jesus, especially after the death of John Paul II in 2005, gave
us thousands of signs from heaven, showing the great works of the Spark of Divine Mercy, especially through us.
Among these signs are signs
about our album, which we recorded and which is waiting
to be released by a photography
company.
The aforementioned
Pope St. John Paul II said that the most important word from the Bible for him is "the truth will set you free." That's why I dare
to share words I see as true, even
though they sound very lofty, about my music. Spotify is the world's most popular music
service. The most popular music album in Spotify history (based on total number of streams) is Ed Sheeran's "÷." I recorded my own album, which sounds much better to me than "÷,"
and not only do I really like it, but every
second person who has heard it
has said I sing very much like Michael Jackson.
Here is the spiritual testimony and the story
behind this album (mine and my brother Piotr's).
The first song was
written on the second anniversary of the death of Saint
John Paul II.
A moment later we received many signs
about a certain person, that he would help
us a lot. We thought that he would help
us in a completely different way than
it turned out. This person did not start a long-term cooperation with us, but he gave us very valuable
advice: you will not promote yourself with other people's songs, you have to write
your own. In two weeks we wrote
almost all the songs for this album. Piotrek wrote the lyrics in English, and
I composed the music. I didn't know before
that I could compose pop songs. I can't play any
instrument. To compose these
songs, I used my own vocal cords
and recorded the melodies I
sang on cassette tapes.
For some time, we had no idea how to record these
songs, where and for what. Shortly after,
our mother died of cancer. A few days after
her death, everything unblocked itself: we found a recording studio, an instrumentalist, money to record an album, which a friendly priest lent us.
We also had those 15 songs already written.
Three weeks after our mother's
death, I said the words at a parish
community: "Lord Jesus,
fulfill these dreams that you
have given me." A week later, on the day of the monthly mass for our mother (a month
after her death), the first recording was made - the song
"My Dreams Come
True" - "my dreams are
coming true."
Then the entire recording process, which lasted a year and a half, was prayed by me
every day of recording with the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
In the meantime, I
had a certain event. I prayed: "Lord Jesus, I ask that one song from this album take first place in the annual summary of the world chart
"United World Chart", and also that at least
one song from this album receives
a Grammy Award. I had confidence that it would come
true and I saw what would happen
after this prayer. As soon as I said the words of this prayer, I saw that I had
a lighter in front of me. I saw
that it had
the following inscription
on it: " unilite".
I thought to myself that this is
the beginning of the word
"United World Chart". My artist name at that
time was the word
"Glitter". I thought to myself
that the continuation of that word " unilite " after that " uni ", is "lite". I thought to
myself: "the middle of
the word " glitter
" exactly". And I had
two questions in my heart at that
moment to which I got a perfect answer: If in this word
" unilite " is
the beginning of the word
"United World Chart" which I asked about, then
where is the beginning of the word
"Grammy", which was contained
in this prayer? And the second question: "Why did two
letters fall off the word glitter - the first and the last ("g"
and "r")? And suddenly I was dumbfounded with amazement. I saw that these
two letters "g' and
"r" are the beginning
of the word "Grammy". Everything
matched.
Then it was time to finish recording this album. When all the songs
were ready, we wondered if we would improve anything
else. The producer - instrumentalist copied the last recordings onto a DVD. I wrote the word "data" on the disc with a marker, meaning that it
was a data disc and not a film disc, but I wrote the word "data" unclearly, that "a", it looked like "o" and Mr. Romek said: " done ". I answered him that " done " in English is " done " - "done"
and that means that all the recordings
are finished and I will not have to come to the recordings anymore. It was confirmed - it was the last day of recording.
I will also mention that
in addition to being the vocalist on this entire album, the composer of all the melodies and the author of three lyrics and co-author of all the remaining twelve lyrics, I was also the decision-maker in the matter of all the arrangements of all the songs that he created,
under my supervision. eye, the instrumentalist Romuald Vorbrodt hired by me .
As I remembered only years later,
the studio where this album
was recorded is in a place where there are
15 streets with musical names.
Before the end of recording this album, a very difficult event for Poland took
place. At about 2:00 a.m. on April
10, 2010, I prayed with the words:
"Lord God, I ask you for such suffering
as is most needed for the salvation of the world." I meant my suffering, but I forgot to say it
in my prayer that it was about my suffering. Two hours later, the Smolensk Tragedy occurred. 96 people died in the plane crash, including the President of
Poland Lech Kaczyński and his wife.
Eight days later there was a funeral for the presidential couple, and another eight days later
the recording of the album My dreams
Come was completed(On the day of the aforementioned sign with the word " done "). After this sign with the Smolensk Tragedy, you can see
how important this album is for the salvation of the world.
When this album was created, we started showing it to different
people. Every second person said that my voice on this album sounds exactly like Michael Jackson's. They said: "Your voice is unbelievably
similar to Jackson's",
or: "Like Michael
Jackson", you could easily mistake it", or: "You must have
listened to Michael Jackson a lot as a child to imitate him so much". And I practically did not listen to him at
all as a child. I simply have such
a similar sensitivity and voice. Additionally, my most beautiful day in life was the day when I entrusted
myself completely to the
Lord Jesus; Divine Mercy in our Divine
Mercy parish - November 30, 2002. As it turned out later, it was the round 20th anniversary of the release of
Michael Jackson's (the King of Pop ) album
"Thriller" - the best-selling album in the history of music in the world.
One time during prayer I asked the Lord Jesus: "Lord Jesus, this record
is not for a few dozen people, is
it?" In response I received a fragment of the Gospel with the words: "A lamp is not placed under a blanket, but on a stand, so that it may
give light to all."
At the time of this record's creation,
one Easter Sunday we watched the film "Man of Steel" - one of the latest Superman films. In this film, the black hero who fought Superman said: "I learned to fight in the most prestigious fighting schools, and where did you
learn to fight? On a farm?
It reminded me of the fact that this album was created in a district of Warsaw called "Pyry", which means "potatoes", and it reminded me of the aforementioned
farm. Superman defeated this
opponent. I see an analogy to our
situation in this.
After recording this album, we sold it a bit on our own and by the end of the first month, 20 copies of the album were sold.
And suddenly Piotrek, learning English, came across a story in his textbook about
someone trying to sell special lawnmower
blades, but in the first month he sold only 20 - just like we did
at that moment - further in this story it is written
that when he invented a new and bold sales technique,
which is described there, real success came and thanks to this "orders for 6 million blades poured in from all over the world
and new ones are still pouring
in" - hence the conclusion
that this album of ours will sell
at least least six million
copies. We also achieved some Spotify
statistics that showthat our music
in this album is in some respects inferior
in terms of quality to the music of the Beatles - the best-selling
artist - in the entire Spotify music servicemusical
of all time. More about it
is written on the website: www.jansiest.pl . There is also other
information there about the experience with this album, about the value of our music.
I am a person who inherited from my parents - both very artistically sensitive - a very strong sensitivity to commercial aesthetics, the likes of which I have not seen in the world for many years. I have maximum sensitivity to the so-called conditions of beauty (existence, order and unity, light
and cognizability) responsible
for the aforementioned commercial
aesthetics (applied art, advertising,
pop music, etc.), the opposite
pole of which is the artistic expression responsible for high art, classics.
Since the collective recipient is in the middle of the graph of global sensitivity, and I am at the extreme,
my sensitivity is described by a certain rule: what I like,
half and half becomes a hit, and what
becomes a hit, half and half I like.
This means in the case of Pop music, but not only that every
second song that I like perfectly is a global mega hit, and each one is a song by a music star.
I created my own playlist on Spotify ( www.muzykamuzyka.pl/play - it is worth listening
to it in random order), where there are
practically all songs (about six
hundred) that are perfect for me, and that I have learned
throughout my life, and this
aforementioned rule is confirmed in this playlist . So if I say
that a song is perfect for me, it has a 50% chance of becoming a big national hit, and if it is
an English-language song -
a global mega hit , and this
happens. The average number of plays for each song on this playlist of mine with my favorite music is about 100 million
plays , despite the fact that there
are also Polish songs there.
Sometimes it's a billion plays , sometimes ten million, sometimes a million.. About every sixth
song on this playlist was nominated for a Grammy, every eighth won it, and every eighth song on my playlist is on the list of 455 greatest hits of all time on the official global chart (United
World Chart). According to my sensitivity,
I recorded my own English-language album with my own songs, but there is more information
about this on the website www.jansiest.pl
There is a player there where
you can listen
to these songs (only on a computer), you can also
listen to them on any device by clicking
on the links at the end of this text.
On the list of Grammy Award
nominees and winners (in
2023) in the most important categories,
there are several accents related to my sensitivity. I know that it's
not art when I like a song that is a big hit because most people have such sensitivity,
but most people also like thousands of songs that were
not very commercially successful, so for them, I think that
out of 10,000 songs they like, about 100 are big hits. A similar situation often applies even
to many specialists in the music industry. I know this because
it can be seen in the repertoire of pop music artists, sometimes even the most popular ones. There is
an artist ( Beyonce ) who has
a record number of Grammy Awards and on this global list of all time there is
not a single one of her songs
- she deals more with R&B than Pop music and does not have such melodic
hits. Another singer ( Celine Dion), who I see has
the greatest sensitivity to
the conditions of beauty in
show business, but not the maximum (as it is with me) and has recorded more or
less as many songs as I have on this playlist
with my favorite music on Spotify , (there are dozens of hits
among the songs of this singer) and has introduced two songs to this
global list of all time. In my case, there are over
70 songs from my playlist that are on this
list of all time. Of course, I will probably never be able to record as many songs as the aforementioned singer has recorded, but it means that
an album with fifteen songs created perfectly
to my taste could introduce two songs
to this list of all time, but in addition it would have
up to eight hits, only smaller
ones. (I like the album that I created perfectly in 85%...)
Pop music is the most popular field in the world
next to film, sports and politics. On the Michael Jackson Memorium
, Hollywood actress Queen Latifah
said: "He was the biggeststar
on Earth" ("He was the biggest star in the world"). About my singing recorded on my album, every second person said that I sing
a lot like Michael Jackson (although
I never tried to imitate him). I can't dance at all like Michael Jackson could do wonderfully and I can't act like
he could, but on the other hand Michael Jackson had about forty singles, among them the six most popular. For me, out of these
forty singles, there are six perfect
songs. These first six and the second six songs
overlap in three titles. This means
that if I recorded 40 songs as perfect for me as these six of my favorite Michael
Jackson songs, then twenty of them (half) and not six could be as popular as these three hits.
I don't want to brag about it, I'm
a miserable, weak simpleton who has
on the one hand zero sensitivity
to artistic expression, I don't know much about emotions in art, but I state facts.
There is, most often, one key to such greatest fame
- to release an album that has four
mega hits in it global. This is
how this fame was achieved by, among others, Michael Jackson,
Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Adele, Ed Sheeran , Britney Spears , Lady Gaga , Rihanna , and more. This is the potential
of my album and my sensitivity to discover
and create music.
